Stock raising
The export company "Berkat group" includes a livestock breeding enterprise located in the village. Shuiskoe, Akmola region.
The total livestock includes more than 200 units of cattle of the highly productive Kazakh white-headed breed.
Performance characteristics of the breed.
At birth, a calf of this breed reaches a weight of 25-30 kg. Calves are characterized by productivity, and gain from 800 grams to 1 kg per day. By the time of weaning from the mother, the bull reaches a weight of 240 kg (8 months), and by 1.5 years the weight gain is another 160 kg.
It is noteworthy that the meat type of the Kazakh white-headed breed is distinguished by high early maturity and meat yield:
1. In cows, the slaughter yield of meat is about 58%, while the maximum weight reaches 500–550 kg.
2. Slaughter meat yield of gobies is from 60 to 68%, and an adult individual reaches a weight of 900 kg.
3. Bone content 14%
